The platform may provide information about proposed, applied-for, delegated, or upcoming TLDs; tools for discovering TLDs and domain names; opportunities to express interest in or otherwise engage with upcoming domain names; and services for TLD applicants and registry operators seeking to build and understand market demand.
Future.Domains is an independent service and is not ICANN, a domain name registry, or a domain name registrar unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information about TLD applications, applicants, launch plans, availability, timing, pricing, policies, restrictions, or other TLD-related matters may be obtained from public sources, participating organizations, third parties, or other sources we consider relevant.
The new TLD application and launch process is subject to change. A proposed or applied-for TLD may be delayed, changed, withdrawn, objected to, placed into contention, rejected, or never delegated or launched.
Future.Domains does not guarantee that any TLD displayed on the website will ultimately be delegated or become available.
We aim to provide useful and accurate information but do not guarantee that all information on Future.Domains is complete, current, or error-free.
Search results, suggested names, expressions of interest, watchlists, reservations, or other indications displayed through Future.Domains do not by themselves guarantee the availability or registration of a domain name.
Domain-name availability may depend on factors including registry policies, rights-protection mechanisms, reserved names, premium-name classifications, eligibility requirements, launch phases, registrar availability, applicable law, and other requirements.
A domain name is not registered merely because it appears available or because a user has expressed interest in, followed, selected, or otherwise interacted with it through Future.Domains.
Where Future.Domains later offers a specific reservation, priority, payment, registration, or similar service, additional terms applicable to that service may be presented before a user participates.
Future.Domains may provide TLD applicants and registry operators with services designed to build and measure demand before and during the launch of a TLD.
These services may include customer-discovery destinations, demand measurement, campaign attribution, market intelligence, pre-launch customer engagement, pricing support, and other launch-related services.
Participation in Future.Domains does not guarantee the delegation, launch, commercial performance, registration volume, revenue, or success of any TLD.
Registry-specific services may be subject to additional agreements or commercial terms.
TLDs and domain-name registrations may be subject to requirements established by ICANN, registry operators, registrars, governmental authorities, rights-protection mechanisms, or other applicable parties.
Nothing on Future.Domains overrides those requirements.
Future.Domains is not affiliated with or endorsed by ICANN unless expressly stated otherwise. References to ICANN, registries, registrars, TLD applicants, or other third parties do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Certain Future.Domains services may require you to provide information, create an account, verify your identity or authority, or satisfy eligibility requirements.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it where reasonably necessary.
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not impersonate another person or organization or falsely claim authority over a TLD, registry, domain name, or other asset.

Future.Domains and its associated website design, software, graphics, branding, text, databases, compilations, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

TLD strings, domain names, trademarks, logos, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Future.Domains does not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Future.Domains may link to or interact with third-party websites, registries, registrars, payment providers, technology providers, or other services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, trademark, intellectual-property, or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Future.Domains will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Additional agreements for paid or registry-specific Future.Domains services may contain different or additional liability provisions.

If additional terms conflict with these Terms with respect to a specific service, the additional terms will govern that service to the extent of the conflict.
The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to Future.Domains will be identified as part of the final operating entity and service structure.
